In its fifth session, the conference discusses a number of topics related to sports and tourism activities, investment opportunities and their implications on the legal environment and its systems, and the extent of their connection to business sectors and vital sectors in the region, and reviews successful initiatives and best practices in these areas in accordance with the latest international standards. This is with the aim of: raising the level of professional practice, and enhancing the qualification and empowerment of the legal practitioner and the legal and legal consulting sector. The conference also contributes to discovering the opportunities offered by professional empowerment and its role in enhancing the business and investment sector, and the importance of legislative developments, which represent an important tributary to sustainable development, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision (2030).
