A Legal Environment for Sustainable Business

Since its inception, the Saudi Law Conference has achieved many cognitive and practical achievements in order to reach a “legal environment for sustainable business” in various fields and sectors in the Kingdom. The conference will include important topics in its session this year, the most important of which are:

  • tourism sector.
  • Investment sector.
  • Professional empowerment and its role in enhancing the business and investment sector.

With workshops and sessions devoted to legal development and some topics related to developments in the legal sectors, including legal technology and technical systems.

In addition to the resounding success achieved by the previous sessions of the Saudi Law Conference, the Saudi Bar Association, in partnership with Burhan Al-Maarifa Company, intends to launch the fifth session of the Saudi Law Conference, during the period from 15 to 17 October 2023 AD, in the conference hall of the Financial Center (CAFED), under the slogan: (Legal environment for sustainable business).
In its fifth session, the conference discusses a number of topics related to sports and tourism activities, investment opportunities and their implications on the legal environment and its systems, and the extent of their connection to business sectors and vital sectors in the region, and reviews successful initiatives and best practices in these areas in accordance with the latest international standards. This is with the aim of: raising the level of professional practice, and enhancing the qualification and empowerment of the legal practitioner and the legal and legal consulting sector.
The conference also contributes to discovering the opportunities offered by professional empowerment and its role in enhancing the business and investment sector, and the importance of legislative developments, which represent an important tributary to sustainable development, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision (2030).
